Paris, 17th of October 2018 /
As part of its development, NTF-ENERGY announces the acquisition of a portfolio composed of 5 photovoltaic plants with a global power of around 400 kWc.
These PV plants are installed on the roof of industrial and agricultural buildings: 4 of them are located in the department of Var, the 5th one is located in the department of Aveyron.
These plants, commissioned between 2009 and 2012, got a favorable Feed-In-Tariff and are in good general conditions.
After a tight negotiation, NTF-ENERGY’s offer was selected, a technical audit was realized and the set-up of a financial plan was done with a banking partner. The acquisition is now effective, since the 1st of October 2018.
NTF-ENERGY realizes PV plants acquisitions in greenfield or brownfield mode, in France or abroad with a long-term ownership strategy and a technical, contractual and financial follow-up.
