NTF-Energy keeps a voluntarily restricted network of partners to build the plants, to finance and manage them.

NTF Energy is owner-operator of alternative energy electrical plants. The company is involved in the development, the ownership, the management of medium to large-size photovoltaic plants. The lifetime of development of a project stands from three months to 2 years. The projects are built as integrated plants on roof and on the ground (parking or non-agricultural grounds). NTF-Energy partners with Real Estate owners to develop plants on their assets.

NTF Energy targets regions where the annual sun exposure period exceeds 1200 hours.

Owner and operator of sun farms of medium to large capacity NTF-Energy develops its projects with bankable and efficient partners. We study our projects with two fundamental goals: a real estate and a technical expertise offering optimized returns to our projects. Our teams develop our plants setting the quality of realization at the heart of our priority: we operate the plants on a long term scale and we manage the assembly, technical quality and the lifetime project productivity.

Through a permanent technology watch and thanks to our partnerships with the different participants of the photovoltaic channels, we nurture our global expertise to perpetuate our missions of owners / operators of medium-sized solar plants.

Selection, management and maintenance:

NTF-Energy selects the projects and performs all the technical, fiscal and legal pre-study needed for the feasibility. The financial and technical productivity is ratified and we assume the fuel development of the selected projects.

NTF-Energy keeps a network - voluntarily restricted – of partners; real estate owners, technical engineering consulting firms in photovoltaic, fitters, roofers, carpenters, manufacturers of panels, bankers (debt) to build, finance and manage the plants.

NTF-Energy exploits the plants and manages payment flow as well as the monitoring of the sites. NTF-Energy has an internal team to drive the needed functions. Each plant has insurance which covers the various potential events in the life of the plant.
